Emily attended The Bartlett School of Architecture for her BSc and The Royal College of Art for a Masters in Architecture.
Since qualifying as an architect in 2006, she has gained a wide variety of experience working on both large scale and small scale projects. Some of the larger scale projects include The Royal London Hospital, the refurbishment of The British Medical Association and a series of urban Court Houses both in central London and Bath. This was whilst working at HOK International.
Prior to working at Gruff Ltd she also worked at Buckley Gray Yeoman, Turner Castle Associates (Carl Turner Architects) and spent over six years as a Senior Architect at Paul Archer Designn Ltd, concentrating on high-end residential extensions and single individual houses in London. Emily joined Gruff Ltd as co-Director in 2014.
