Gruff is formed of a dynamic team of architects, designers and creatives. A close-knit practice, with a wide range of experience and skills, our collective understanding of the built environment creates unique and thoughtful proposals.
Coral joined Gruff in 2015 after working at senior level for Proctor and Matthews Architects for over 9 years on award winning schemes such as Abode Great Kneighton and Steepleton Retirement Community.
Coral enjoys creating spaces with meaning, personalised to the individual, shaping their lives - an ethos that stems from her early teens, having read the book ‘A Place of My Own’ by Michael Pollon, in which he creates ‘a place to work, but also a shelter for day dreams’.
She has also recently discovered a love of weight lifting (as much a surprise to her as everyone else!) and can often be found trying to beat her PB or training for an upcoming 10K run - most likely dressed top to toe in Indigo Blue (a favourite colour or possible obsession?!).
